I’ve built businesses and worked across strategy consulting, retail, AI and technology. That experience shapes how I approach a project: understand the commercial reality, listen to the people doing the work and make the improvement practical.
I founded Waltacre to help small and medium businesses make useful progress with AI. The opportunity is exciting, but a tool only earns its place when it works in the day-to-day life of the business.
You’ll work directly with me, from the first conversation through to implementation and review. I’ll be clear about the options, the trade-offs and what we need to learn along the way.
